We believe in treating your information the way we'd want ours treated — with respect and care. This policy is written in plain language because we think you deserve to actually understand it.

What We Collect

Only what you share with us directly:

• Your name and email (from the inquiry form)
• Your business name, phone, and message (from the inquiry form)
• If you use the client portal: the account profile, project, invoice, and document records we keep so we can work with you
• Basic site visit counts (via privacy-respecting analytics — no personal tracking)

How We Use It

Solely to respond to your inquiry, do the work you asked us to do, and operate your client portal account if you have one. That's it. We don't profile you, target you with ads, or build marketing segments from your data.

What We Never Do

• We never sell your information — to anyone, ever.
• We never share it with third parties for marketing.
• We never use it for anything beyond what you requested.
• We never use tracking cookies or invasive analytics.

How We Protect It

Your data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest. We use secure, trusted infrastructure and limit access to only those who need it to serve you. Public inquiry submissions are processed through Web3Forms, which delivers the message to us and does not use your information for any other purpose. Client portal data is stored in our Supabase project, protected by row-level security so each client can only see their own records.

Cookies and Analytics

We use only basic, privacy-respecting analytics to count page visits. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any tools that follow you around the web. No personal data is collected through our analytics. The client portal uses a session cookie so you stay signed in.

Your Rights

You can request to see, correct, or delete your information at any time. Just email us at support@oopusoft.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
